What to write to us about
- Corrections. If a price, plan limit, feature or link on one of our pages is wrong or out of date, tell us which page and, if you can, link to the source that shows the current information. We check it against the source and, if the page is wrong, update it and its date.
- Vendors. If you make one of the tools we cover and your pricing or documentation has changed, send the public page that shows it. No vendor has paid for coverage or placement on Scrutator, and vendors do not determine our conclusions.
- Readers. Questions about a review, a comparison or our testing method, and suggestions for tools we should look at next.
How we handle your message
We use your email address and message only to reply and, where relevant, to fix the page concerned. We do not add anyone to a mailing list. Details are in our Privacy Policy, and the rules for using the site are in our Terms of Use.
